Patching Services

Infrastructure support

A state-of-the-art structured cabling system is only ever as good as the patching connectivity allows it to be.

A well planned, executed and managed patching interface allows flexibility and provides efficiency of change to any grade of structured cabling system. It is the patching interface that defines the specific network credentials onto which the various building services are connected.

Our network engineers and designers create patching schedules for simple and complex network systems, conducting cross trade workshops where required to make sure that independent trade specialist’s IP requirements are delivered through an accurate and well-planned patching schedule.
These schedules become the heart of the network connectivity maintenance records and allow any adds, moves or changes to the network to be quickly and easily modified from the core or edge network cabinets.

From Category 5e, Category 6 and Category 6A cabling through to Singlemode and Multimode fibre optic systems, Trusol have the expertise and understanding to compile your patching schedule and to complete the patching in a tidy and organised manner.

Colour coding, labelling and cable management within the cabinets are essential elements for a reliable network. The correct patching at the remote end of each cable is just as important so Trusol make sure that when we complete a patching exercise, it happens at both ends of the link.
