Biggin Hill Pool is a popular community leisure facility which includes a library and cafe. Sadly the centre was suffering from repeated and costly incidences of vandalism and theft
An old CCTV system was not proving effective – cameras were poorly located and many were damaged
The many incidences of anti-social behavior by a small number of individuals required a constant physical presence from security personnel
