Trusol has been providing ICT support services to schools in West London for the past five years, managing a steady and reputable growth throughout that period. We currently have support contracts with over 80 educational establishments in Ealing, Hammersmith & Fulham, Haringey, Waltham Forest and Richmond, providing scheduled visits and emergency support to resolve any admin or curriculum ICT related hardware or software problem. We also provide ad hoc support and ICT installations to schools within the Boroughs of Hounslow, Richmond, Brent, Westminster and Lambeth.
Our technicians are all enhanced CRB checked and have all come from various ICT sectors within educational or Local Authority environments.
As part of a Trusol SLA support contract, your school will receive regular schedule “On Site” Technical Support time from one of our educational ICT support specialists. This technical support covers a multitude of hardware, software and system support, including backup and virus checking, internet issues, server or email problems, network connectivity issues through to printing issues, interactive whiteboard or projector failures and wireless frustrations. You will also receive emergency support hours which can be used as required throughout the course of the schooling year along with unlimited remote / telephone support.
The school also has access to consultancy, telephone support and 1st line product support as part of the SLA.
In order to provide schools with a combined Admin and Curriculum support contract covering admin hardware & software support with Finance Management Services, Trusol works in partnership with two licensed organisations to deliver this quality service.
Our long standing partnership with the Hammersmith & Fulham School Management Support Team has allowed Trusol to deliver its high quality and reputed admin and FMS support package for SIMS schools in the Borough of Ealing for the past 4 years.
Our recent partnership with School Business Services now allows Trusol to take that same reputed Admin and Curriculum support contract to schools in other London Boroughs. SBS are one of the leading admin (SIMS and RM Integris) and FMS support specialists in the UK and their involvement with Trusol now ensures an extensive Admin & Curriculum support package including Finance Management Services is available to any school in any London Borough.
There are multiple SLA offers based on the size of each school, their general needs and requirements for support in ICT.
The key services offered by Trusol Ltd as part of a SLA are as follows:
- Advice with active and passive ICT infrastructures including development plans.
- Support and assistance with ICT system procurement.
- Network connectivity issues and internet services.
- Hardware troubleshooting, maintenance and repairs.
- Set up and support for LGfL portal and connectivity.
- Network set up and management including software installation, security and administration.
- The formation of infrastructure documentation with asset registers.
- The support for interactive whiteboard and projection services.
- The support for Video Conferencing systems.
- The support for IP monitoring and surveillance systems.
- Liaison on behalf of the school with 3rd party suppliers and contractors.
- Arranging product demonstrations of educational software and hardware.
- Installation, upgrade and support for SIMS software (If the Admin support module is required).
